ORDER STATUS

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If you need any help with your order confirmation or tracking information please email us and we'll be happy to help you.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted to our fulfillment center but we will do our best to help you prior to that.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES

  • Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments to it. Please be sure to review all order information before submitting your order.
  • Orders may be canceled up until they submitted to our fulfillment center. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, you will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy below.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to our fulfillment center.
  • Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days, based on in-stock availability. Transit times listed on our website and in the table below are in addition to this order processing time.
  • Shipping rates apply to shipments made within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Trust Territories.
  • P.O. Box deliveries can only be shipped via Economy Ground Delivery method.
  • All orders placed through this Website are subject to AeroGrow's acceptance. AeroGrow may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, AeroGrow shall issue you a refund.
  • Sorry, international shipments (outside of the US & Trust Territories) are not available at this time.
  • APO/FPO/AE - We are able to accept orders from military addresses, however, we cannot guarantee delivery to the customer once the package reaches the military mail processing facility. Place your order at your own risk.

RETURNS

  • We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your AeroGarden purchase, just return it within 30 days for a full refund – no questions asked. We guarantee that your seed kits will germinate. If for any reason they don't, contact us and we'll rush you a new kit (or appropriate seed pods). Contact our Customer Service Department via telephone at 1-800-476-9669 or via email at customerservice@aerogrow.com to arrange for a merchandise return or for questions related to our quality guarantee.
  • Please do not return any product without contacting AeroGrow for return authorization. Unauthorized returns, as well as C.O.D. shipments, will be refused.
  • Due to continuing improvements, actual product may differ slightly from the product described herein.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

PROMOTIONS

  • Please note that all Free Shipping promotions only apply to orders within the Lower 48 Contiguous United States.
  • Sometimes we discount individual items so we can provide you with the very best value. We also run several different promotions at any given time. We reserve the right to exclude these already discounted items and other promotions that are running from being combined with other special offers, coupon codes or promotions.
